I'm related to John and Josephine (Buska) Laszewski who immigrated from Prussia to Portage County, WI. If this is the right family, I would be happy to share any info and am looking for the area of Prussia they came from. Thanks. -Brie-

I just saw your post this morning, and am not sure if I had replied earlier or not. This is the same line I am researching. John and Josephine were my great grandmothers grandparents. I would be interested in sharing info.

That sounds great! Why don't you email me at batbyrne3@hotmail.com and we can trade info. I'm afraid I don't have much past John and Josephine, but I do have a lot of info on their descendents and a little on Josephine's mother.

I have a very detailed history of the Laszewski family going back to 1300's when they first used the last name. It picks up in the 1700's and I have detailed information from 1800's. If you have questions, email me at LoveTuscanSun@yahoo.com
I would love to share it as I feel it is important to pass this information on.
ALL Laszewski's are related ! There is a coat of arms. They were minor nobility in Poland . The name is found in history books. and the name is still recognized as a good one with elderly people who grew up in Poland.
