My maiden name was Liller. I am descended
from the old Hessian, Johann Henrich Liller
through his son Henry Jr., Absolom, Henry Oliver,
Oliver Earl, and myself.

I have written "The History of the Liller Family"
which covers the family from the Hessian up to
present generation with as many Liller family
names as I had up to the time of printing.
Your names are not familiar to me; however,
if you could give me the grandparents names I
might be able to tell you how you are related.
If not I'll try to find who they are. I am
always looking for new Liller family names.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Vickie, I'm a Descendant of Joseph Andrew Liller, from Hardy County WVa, he married a Nettie Dicken and had several children one of which is my grandmother, there are some Liller's buried in Old Pine Church in Hampshire County. There is also , I'm told a book in the Moorefiel Library. Which I'm going to making a road trip to check it out.

Tracy,
Emmanuel Liller did have a son, Joseph A.
born ca 1875, but his wife was Anna Regecca
George according to our records.

There is a story that goes with your Joseph.
Why don't you write me at my e-mail address:
earlene@qn.net and we'll talk about this

Vickie....I will need just a little more
information to be able to help you, but I'm
pretty sure I can. I have had just one Liller
case that is still a mystery but have found
many, many others. I will need the name of
William Carlton's fathers name and if you
would have a date that would make it even
easier. He is undoubtedly descended from
Johann Henrich Liller who was a Hessian
soldier who came ofer to fight for the British
in the Revolution. He settled in Hampshire
County and Grant County was originally a part
of Hampshire.

Why don't you write me at my email:
earlene@qn.net. I'll be away for a few
days but will get back to you when I get
home......Earlene
