In your research, have you found the name Abraham Stevens m. Ann Lewis during latter 1700's? The moved to KY from Virginia around 1782.

Thanks for any info.

I'm aware that this post is fifteen years old, but I hope that you receive this.
Is there any indication that the William Stevens mentioned above also married Rosanna Geaugh on Apr 25, 1874, after his divorce from Ms. Stillwagon? I'd love to make this connection and the date and location are just about perfect. Rosanna Geaugh is my 3rd great grandmother, and I know that she married a man named William Stevens/Stephens who was born in Ohio. That's really all I know about William Stevens, pre-marriage. He and Rosanna had three children together. The first, my 2nd great grandmother, May Stevens, was born in Van Wert, Ohio on May 10, 1875. Their other two children were Amanda Stevens (1877 in Indiana - unknown) and George Stevens (Jan 31, 1880 in Noble Co., IN - Dec 14, 1952 in Goshen, IN). William and Rosanna divorced sometime around 1879-1880, probably before George's birth, and Rosanna and the kids moved to Noble County, Indiana. William most likely stayed behind in Van Wert, Ohio.
