I am seeking info about the Shropshires of Hawkins Co. Tenn Joe Shropshire, 1850+ married a Native American and had several daughters, My GMother was Alice

I'm looking for Shropshires in Hawkins County, TN. My ggrandfather William Shropshire married to Orlena? They are listed on the 1870 Census. Do we have a connection?

Did any of these end up in Texas? I had a great uncle named Joe Shropshire. I know it wouldn't be the same one, but I thought maybe my Joe might be a descendant. My Joe's father was John Shropshire and either John's wife or his mother (I can't remember which) was Native American. I don't have any information any further back than John and I don't know much about him other than his wife's name in a 1920 Census was named Lizzie.
They ended up in Texas, but I am not sure where their ancestors came from.

Kim: The Joe Shropshire you refer to was born 1893 in Franklin County, AR. His father was John Wesley Shropshire, his G Father was John M., GG Father was James H. Shropshire.
Joe married Alice Hulsey, 1912, in LeFore Co. and died at San Patricio, Aransis Co., TX, 1956.
