Good folks,
My 90 year old mother-in-law's brother, K H R Martin, immigrated to Australia (Perth?)following years of service in the British navy. Born in Kent, England, 1926. He married twice, had a daughter who was born about 1960 in Australia, but I know little else about him. The picture on my tree is of him with his twin sister,Daphne, who immigrated to the US after WW II.
Any info is most appreciated.

do you know his wifes and daughters name? did he marry in UK?

Gwen thinks he married both times in the UK. I have found a Margaret Martin living at his address in 1977 and 1980 and think she is Wife #2. I find them at 79 Quarkum Street, Wanneroo during those years. The daughter's name is Sally/Sallie and she was probably born c 1963.

Thanks for any guidance or suggestions. I am posting on genealogical sites in Western Australia.

Perhaps a request to Ask a Librarian at the State Library of Western Australia for a copy of the death notice from the Western Australian newspaper. You have his date of death on the burial record.
