Our Family came to
America in the 1600's and were Canvils in
Essex England, when they came to the USA changed to
Canfield and then to
Campfield. Do you have any records of this name?
We have a copy of a histroy that goes back to 1010 during the time of the
Knights. There is suppose to be a CANVIL cementry as well in
