Ritchie family-originating from Scotland

My grandfather-Archie Ritchie came from scotland with his family (siblings). Apparently there were brothers (perhaps a twin-william) but I have no concrete evidence I am tracing the right family. Archie was married to Ella and had two boys Andrew and Donald. He had worked in Michigan at the Ford company, and possibly came to Canada following that living in Ontario. I am looking for any relatives living in Ontario or who may have knowledge of this family.

looking for marriage certificate of Archie to Ella- don't know her maiden name or the year they were married. their children Donald and Andrew I believe were born in Toronto- uncertain of their birthdate,so would like their certificates. All I know for certain is that they lived in Toronto on Markham street for some time. I am looking for any records you can provide.

I cant find them in any census records.
Births from ancestry go up to l9l3
after which you must get this inform. from
registrar generals office.
I suggest you contact toronto reference library

see what years they lived in Toronto.
