Risen/Rison/Resin's of VA, MD & KY connected

It's been some time since I posted on these boards, but I'm back into the "digging" mood and am looking for anyone who has any clues about who Chandler Risen's father was. I know Chandler married Mary Hamilton in Charles Maryland on May 14, 1799. I have their son listed as William B. Risen, who was born in VA. and later moved to KY where he married Jemima McCarty. I do not know any sisters or brothers of William or his father Chandler.

I have found a few possible clues but have not made a connect as of yet. I found that a John Risen married a Hanna "Anne" Chinn in VA back in 1730. What I find ironic is how Hanna also later marred a man named Thaddeur McCarty. Just makes me wonder of the connection as there was William Risen who married Jemima McCarty some many years later... Knowing that William was born in VA and his father Chandler may have been born in VA, but lived right across the river in MD, which at some point would have been in VA when William was born. I seen where that same John Risen was also born in Switzerland back around 1738. I know my line of Risen's seem to dominate the lighter skin and blonde hair for the most part and the origin might explain that.

Does anyone have any other clues that may tie into who Chandler's parents were? It's like there is something missing that has created this brick wall that I just cannot seem to get past. Other spellings I have found for Chandler are, Chandlee & Chandley. Other Risen's include Rison, Resin, Rysen. Any help would be great!! :)
