I am intrested to find any information from any Umatilla Co researchers concerning Daniel West. Daniel was the son of John and Lavina Myers West and was born in 1854 in Hawkins Co. Tn. Daniel died 19 Nov. 1947 in Umatilla Co Oregon. I have no other information about his time in Oregon. Thank You. Mike Dixon cmiked53@yahoo.com

In 1910, he was in Ritz Township, Walla Walla County. He was widowed, and his occupation was farm laborer.
In 1920 he was in Pendleton, Umatilla County, his occupation was keeper of a lodging house. I couldn't find him in 1930.

Thank you barbdale_1. I should have told you that I had found him in the census records. I was hoping someone might have the cemetery records where I could find out where he is buried. Daniel was the youngest brother of my gg grandfather James West 1836 Tn.-1923 Tn. Thanks again
