I have a great uncle who married an Annie Legge in Dec. 1918 in Lymington, Hampshire. His name was William Andrew McIntosh Foy. He was born in Canada, served in Canadian Army during WW1, met Annie, married her & stayed in England. They lived in Kent, had no children that I'm aware of. Does this info fit in with yours? Marilyn

Thanks for your prompt reply: I have no info on Annie Legge's family. I just got the info while searching for my great uncle. Someone posted this info that he married Annie Legge. Don't know if it's the one that you are referring to. They were married in 1918. Is this date right with what you have? Do you have her birth date? I am so grateful for all the info that I receive through the message boards. It has helped me so much. Would appreciate anything else you may be able to supply, thanks again, Marilyn

Barbara:After more research, it looks as if this Annie Legge is the same one that you have given me the info on, going by the dates.William was born in 1866 & Annie was born in 1868. I believe she died in 1926 at 58.Thanks for the help. If you have anything else, I'd appreciate it. I still can't find any trace of William's death or burial.I think he died in 1937. It's as if he just disappeared after 1936.His line ended with him, as info I have doesn't show any children for them. Too bad. thanks again, Marilyn
