Hi I'm just starting on the Kingham tree and appear to have discovered that we are are on two Kingham trees. The earliest on one is John Kingham and Leah Groom both of Chalgrave his father is John Kingham. Is he the brother to Thomas Kingham? This is what I call the Kingham - Fossey tree. The other is Richard Kingham and Sarah, they had a son Richard bap 20 Jun 1782 marr 1817 Ann Ward. Can anyone help, these two families must be linked somehow. I have all the births deaths and marriages for chalgrave and am still unable to sort it out. Even with a living relative who remembers her uncle reading in chalgrave church it is difficult. Wingfield and Houghton regis come into play. I hope someone can help.

Hello Pauline,

I have a large Kingham database, I being the grandson of Hephzibah Kingham who married Reuben Dix. If you'd like to contact me direct by e-mail, or phone (0113 268 6205) I'd be happy to help. I can't find any of the information you publish in your message, but if we can talk, who knows?

John

I have been searching for information on my Kingham line
without success. I was wondering if you might have something in your data base on Fred Kingham who lived in
Kansas. I do not know his date of birth but his wife was
born in 1866. I know he had a brother named Rufus who
moved to Houston, Texas. I was told that some of the family
settled in Sherman, Texas. This is not much to go on but
would appreciate any help you might give. Thanks

Kathleen
