Mahala Angel Bell married William Ketteringham Reg Dec 1844 Downham, Norfolk Vol 13 page 219
In 1851 They lived in Marham with Mahala’s mum Susannah Bell (born abt 1794 Elmham, Norfolk, England) and their children Susannah, William and Mary Ann Ketteringham.
By the 1861 census, Frederick b abt 1854 and John Angell ( AnFell?) born abt 1847, Marham. were additions to the family who lived in Rumbles Row, Marham.

By 1861 Mary Ann was still at home with her family and married Isaac Howe in
Drhum 1869 (BMD Vol 10a page 391)

Mary Ann can be found on the 1901 Census living as a widow in Rotherham (house still there).
Are you a relative of Mary Ann?

Mary Ann's father, (William),had a brother...John, who married Susan Holden. John is my Great G G Grandfather.
It follows that Mary Ann's grandparents and my 4 times great grandparents are the same people. I think these were James Ketteringham and Elizabeth Hailett.

Edward Mark Ketteringham and Annie Smith had a son Edward William Ketteringham. He married on 3 Sept.1919 to my aunt Martha Sawyer in Thistletown Ontario, York co.. I have photos of him as well as a tape recording of his life. Somewhere, I have census information etc. and will try to find it.
