I just checked the info I got from the LDS site. In the 1880 Census of Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. Jos. & his wife, Margarethe, listed their children as follows; Chas., age 22, Wm., age 20,
Hattie, age 15, Samuel, age 12, John, age 10, Jessie, age 7, and Ella, age 4. From Peggy Ferrier, I learned that Margarethe was Jos. 2nd wife. All the above were listed as Berringtons.

Thanks for the information. I realized I had Charles listed under Joseph's first wife, Mary Thompson, but I was missing William. Do you believe this is your William? If so, please email me privately. I can send you quite a bit of information about Joseph, including a photograph of him, and a photo of his mother as well.

I am also related to Joseph Parrish Berrington. He was my 3G grandfather. My 2G grandfather was Charles Berrington, my great grandfather was George John Berrington; and my grandfather was Albert "Bert" Berrington of Fillmore, CA. My father is Donald Larry Berrington of Fillmore.
