Hi,
My Grandfather served in the U.S. Army in France in World War One. He was awarded the Croix de Guerre. I'm trying to find out why he was given the award. Any tips on how to accomplish this. How to contact French Army Archives?
I have lots of info on my Grandfather. Serial #, Units served with and places in France where he served. Thank you.
