Could anyone please help identify the medals/rank/division etc for this uniform please?

I'm 99% sure he was in the Schutzstaffel (unfortunatley) as this is always not spoke about within the family.

I do have other photos, but these seem the clearest, face cropped/blured to protect privacy issues.
