Your medical doctor can petition the courts for you for life or death reasons. Tell him or her (doctor) that you are concerned about your medical history. I'm trying to get my mom to do the same thing. My mom and her syblings records are sealed because the biological mother is said to have had mental issues. My mom met one sybling in 83' which he was adopted with their other sybling. In 93' they found out that they have four more syblings somewhere. The oldest daughter was eventually sent back to live with the mother, she was nine years old at the time. That's a total of eight of them.
