You should register at www.isrr.net
Request your NON ID from your birth state.
Go to Yahoo and make up a screen name and password.
Then go to Groups and then Theregistry.
They are all volunteers so its free.
You would be surprised at the data they have.
-OR- just go to Theregistry (without joining)
and make your request to the Search Group.
