Looking for Birth Mom, Patti Rose Wise born approx 7/23/1958 in Wichita Texas, maybe adopted herself.
I was born Jan 15, 1977 in San Antonio Texas at Baptist Memorial Hospital, and placed with Buckners Adoption and Maternity Services for Adoption.
Patti Rose Wise age(21) married Stanley Hazelett age(39) on approx 11-20-1979 ,Travis County Texas, I don't know when they divorced,
but then Patti age(29) in 1988 Also in Travis County she married Herman C. Burdett age(66) on approx (6-19-88???)
Mr. Burdett passed away Feb.17,1992 at the age of 70.
. Last know marriage info on Patti.
