looking for nefews b-mom Blazer

My nefew was born from what we can find out on 16/june/1972
in St. Louis Mo. The birth certificate is supose to be under baby boy Blazer.Im guessing thats the mothers name.
We've done a search for said certificate and recieved a not on file in the Mo. vital statistics.He was suposedly born in Christian Hospital .I think he may have been born els where.ie no record in Mo.
Any help on finding the birth mom is greatly appreceated.
any ideas on opening a sealed adoption is needed.
My nefew has a son with many medical issues and we have no family history to go on.
