Surnames: Walbridge Oling
Born 1946, Clackamas, OR. or Vanport, OR Parents: Marian Walbridge, Carl Oling(?). "Clackamas or Multnomah County. Adoption Vancouver,WA Clark County 1951 or 1952.
I have a copy of adoption papers and adoptive birth certificate.
Can anyone tell me how to write letters requesting non-identifying information to the court and vital statistics? How to petition the court for my complete adoption file?
My daughters and I have attempted to search for many years. I tried WARM years ago. I am presently working with ALMA.
Any help or suggestions?
