Does anyone have info on Altagracia or Angel Otero?
Altagracia was the oldest female prisoner at the Yuma Territorial Prison. She was imprisoned for selling alcohol to the Indians. Angel Otero was imprisoned there to for killing his traveling companion, assisted by his wife.

Appreciate any help.
