If anyone knows a way around getting a subpoena to obtain state prison records for Alabama please help! The federal FOIA discludes prison records, so it is up to the states to decide whether or not they want to give them out...I need the records of Arlin Price Wylie, aka Orlin Wylie aka Eugene Price aka Arlin Wiley aka Price Wylie who escaped from Kilby State Prison in Montgomery AL in early 1936, and was recaptured in March of 1955, and is believed to have escaped once again sometime in the late fifties, If anyone knows any details or can help me cypher Alabama laws please contact me clementsquared@yahoo.com.
