ROSENWALD FUND - POPLAR HILL SCHOOL

Looking for any information about the conviction, investigation, and any related information about the embezzlement of funds, by Bura Hilbun, State Superintendent of Negro Schools in Mississippi. He went to the penitentiary for 5 years served only 2.5. He stole $51,000 in total. If anyone has pictures of the school from 1920 - 1960 that would be appreciated as well.
