Omaha, NE Czechs mostly came in through what port???

Surnames: Chleborad/Novotny/Hazuka/Nemec
I am having no luck finding any ships' manifests of my Czech ancestors even with their year of entry into the US. I was told that there were many ports of entry, even Texas, other than New York, where the Czech families could have entered.
I have checked all databases from New York with no luck. Do you know where your Nebraska, preferably Omaha, NE Czech relatives entered the US?
