HI, I dont know if you'll even get this but i am in the same situation you were when you posted this. I totally agress with you. So I wanted to know if you were ever able to achive this and if you have any insight to offer on it? I would surly appreciate it. Do you live in CA? I'm sure that will make a difference as far as laws.
