my husband is related to "Devil Bill" through his sister, Abigail Boggs who is my husbands great great great grandmother. My husbands family is superstitious and has always believed in the supernatural. My husbands grandmother who I knew before she died would have been called a witch at one time because of her herbal remedies but "Devil Bill" was a bit extreme it sounds like.
