Rietstap's "Armorial Général", which contains some 120,000 coats of arms from all over Europe (along with a few from the United States), lists fifteen different coats for various "Beer" families, all of which would be "correct" for that particular family. As you can see from this number, there is not a single "correct" coat of arms for someone with the surname Beer.
