I really hate to have to remind you that you are most likely talking about the product of a Bucket Shop. As has been clearly stated before on this messqage board - arms DO NOT belong to a family - they belong to a person and his/her legitimate heirs.

For example, just because my name happens to be Joe Smith, I DO NOT have the right to use any of the 500+ arms registered in the name of Smith. Arms are like a passport or driving licence - issued to a PERSON.

To find out IF you happen to be a legitimate blood-line armiger permitted by heraldic tradition and, in some countries by law, you would have to establish that right by a fully documented paternal (same surname) pedigree which also includes all the siblings of each generation, back to the original armiger.

If you don't do that, then you're kidding yourself.
