i know its been awhile since you wrote your post, but if you read this please contact me. my GGG?? Grandfather was carl heinrich hoffrichter, south Australia. His daughter, Auguste married Robert Whitelaw. i am hoping it is the same carl you wrote about. If so i would love to get some info from you.
