Germany to England
I've recently learned that my Great Grandfather Phillip Deung was born in Germany and eventually ended up in England. This may be a really dumb question but if someone left Germany going to England is this considered "immigrating" and if so where can I go to find out when he went to England. Most sites are from Europe to the US and most German sites are in German that I do not understand.
Phillip was born in 1863 in Bad Kreuznach Germany and his first marriage took place in 1888 in England. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
