I am from Czech heritage (Caucasian) as far as I can trace back and I have this mark on my butt. My dad, grandfather and grandfather's uncle had it so it has been passed down the family line. It used to be bluish-red when I was younger but has since turned a darker reddish brown color as I have aged. I was reading about it and its interesting that very few Caucasians have this mark.
