I was born with a port wine stain on my right hip which has faded greatly with time and possibly with sun exposure (as a teenager, I wore French cut swimsuits a lot - that is, swimsuits that are cut extremely high up the hip which exposed my whole birth mark to the sun) and my birth daughter has a round dark brown with hairs growing out of it birth mark toward the inner side of the front of one of her knees.
