Elaine, I hope you soon get your diagnosis.
One of the technicians at my Optician is a registered Coeliac and she gets bread etc on prescription, the new ones available are really good.
The Coeliac Society have a wonderful directory of foods, small enough to go in a handbag/pocket. It lists all sorts of foods and lists by manufacturer too. It takes a while to get used to cutting out the wheat etc, but boy is it worth it :o))
