I need to implore people to disregard early colonists supposedly born here in the 1620-30s.
If your ancestor arrived before this date, it will be well-recorded somewhere other than just on ancestry.
The names may be correct, the dates may even be correct but not birthplaces.
If you're just following the little green leaf, it may just mean that someone elses shoddy work was copied a couple of times.
I plead guilty too.
