HELP WITH READING MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Would someone be able to help me and see if they can read information from this marriage certificate. I have tried to fiddle with it on a computer program I have but can't seem to make any difference. Would like to know grooms occupation, want to make sure that grooms father is definitely James and also what the writing is in the bottom right hand corner. Any help would be great.
