I have received many Emails from O’Shields researchers who I’ve corresponded with for the past five years, thanking me for the OSheal Newsletter. It took a great deal of time getting everything ready, but it was well worth the hard work. Thank you so much for your continued support of me and my research which I have independently conducted on the Osheal/O’Shields family. I am so pleased to know everyone appreciated all the new found Colonial history on this great family. In the OSheal Newsletter, I failed to tell you I am now retired from teaching and am having fun attending interesting meetings and delicious luncheons in the fifteen historical societies I have joined. I am in both state and national chapters and serve as officer in five of those organizations. Many of you want to send money for postage. Thank you so much, but I prefer mailing them at my own expense. I do it for the pure pleasure of making others happy.
