My grandparents on both sides came to California from New York & Pennsylvania between 1900 & 1904. Please give me a clue as to how to find clues on what were their means of travel, Railroad, ship or what. I know it's a dumb question, but I can't seem to find a quick answer online,I thought it would be there, so I am asking the list if they can point me in the right direction.
