Certain newspapers no longer available on Ancestry.com

Is it my imagination, or are some newspapers that used to be available on ancestry.com now missing? For instance, I previously searched The Hartford Courant (Hartford, CT) but it appears to be no longer available. Does anyone know why or what happened?
