Georg Harter(Herder) and Eva Bracker

Surnames: Harter, Herder
I am looking for the circa 1754-1769 birth records of Georg and Eva Harter/Herder's children. I have found some records from the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Blue church). Georg was baptized sometime before 1760, He and Eva were married in 1752, and their oldest child, Christian, was born in 1753. The problem is that in 1769 they showed up in the Frederick County, MD church records with Christian and ten siblings. I have yet to find any birth record for the other ten. Does anyone know whether the St Paul's internet records are complete? If so, any suggestions? I did find a record of a Georg Harter and wife sponsoring a baptism in Tulpehocken, but that has led nowhere.
