there is also a service at Stone Mountain on 4/26 but I do not know what time. Oakland Cemetery usually has a ceremony. It will probably be on Saturday the 24th. Ceremonies in Athens will be held on the 26th. The UDC has a morning service at the monument on Broad Street and at the cemetery and the SCV holds memorials at TRR Cobb's grave in Oconee Hills Cemetery.
