I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how or if it is possible at all to access records from Parramatta Boys Home in Sydney Australia after the year of 1918. I currently have no access to any records at all so any information on a Sydney Arthur Goard born 5 July 1918 would be greatly appreciated.
