Thanks for your message. I probably looked after you as I worked with the babies and toddlers, even though I wasn't even a teenager.
If you would like to email me, click on my name and you should be able to see my email address, I can tell you many things about that awful place. I will also give you the name of the person to write to at NH, Cape Town but don't hold your breath for a reply. It took me a few years before I finally got a half-page reply about dates I was "dumped" and dates I left there. That's about all you will get from them I'm afraid.
I would love to know who your sisters were too, I would probably know them. There were a number of twins at NH.
