A couple of book titles I've ran across;

"A History of the Methodist Episcopal Church" by Dr. Nathan Bangs pub 1839 four volume set.

"A History of Bristol, Conneticutt" by Epaphrodite Peck. (this is pre Rev War Episcopal church of Bristol info)
