Hi Rebecca,
First off, have you checked with the Carroll County Historical Society or books about early Carroll County. Sometimes old history books incorrectly called the Free Wills simply "Baptists", although there was a big difference at the time between the two of them.
Records from these churches are ofte lost or very hard to find. My ancestor was a Free Will minister in Wisconsin and the churches were all gone by 1927 for the most part.
I would recommend that you check the following link: http://www.sbhlacatalog.org:7001/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?Searc.... This is for the collections at the Southern Baptist Historical Society, which may have some information about the Baptists. You may also want to contact the National Association of Free Will Baptists at http://nafwb.net/tp17/Default.asp?ID=767.
I hope this helps. If you need more help, feel free to contact me off-line and I'll try to help.
