I can trace my ancestry to Pierre Sigies, born 1656, Father of Pierre Sige, born 1679. My Great-Grandfather Benjamin was a younger brother of the Rebecca mentioned elsewhere in this forum thread. He ended up in Nottingham, though he was born in Upwell on the Norfolk/Cambs border. Three generations bearing the Siggee name were subsequently born in Nottingham. I have re-located back to East Anglia, where the next generation was born.
