Hello,
I'm searching for the decandances of my great-greantgranduncle, the merchant David Moptel Isakowitz, whon was married with Victori Henriette Philipovna Keilmann on April 5, 1891 in Riga/Latvia. His wife Victori Henriette, youngest daughter of my great-greatgrandparents, the important medicine Staatsrat Dr. med. Philipp Isaakovich Keilmann and his wife Henriette Hode Benjaminovna, nee Krechmann, dies by kind bed fever on April 2,1893 in Riga/Latvia. David Motel Isakowitz ( b.1860 in Friedrichsstadt/Latvia, d. in N.Y./ USA ? ) emmigrated with his little daughter Lydia ( b. 1893 Riga/Latvia, d. N.Y./USA ? ) from Riga/Latvia via the habour Bremen or Hambourg in Germany to Ellis Island/N.Y.. I'd found into the databases of the Ellis Island records their names.
Than their traces were lost. It can be, that David Isakowitz had changes his family name ( Kovitz, Isaak, etz. ?? ) and that he was married a second time ?
If any person nows some thinks about Davis Izakowitz/Isakovich and his daughter Lydia, than please try to contact my via email ( Rob.Dup.@gmx.de ) or via post:
