"It appears that Judas Levi was a Jew. As such, he was circumcised on the November 4, 1759 (16 Hesvan 5520), the seventh day after his birth, which thus would have been November 1, 1759. This is recorded in the Circumcision register of Isaac abd Agraham de Paiba. This record is in the possession of the Spanish and Portugese Jews Congregation of London."
