Houston Texas Wards

I am trying to locate a Glenn Smith(or his family) who in Sept 1949 performed the marriage ceremony for my parents(deceased).
He is shown on the lic. as Elder Glenn Smith. I retrieved this info at the Harris county Clerk's office website. I do not have the original lic as yet.
My grandmother was LDS so I am just assuming that this was done in a Mormon church (not Temple as my father was Baptist).
I had photos of the marriage and it looked like it was at a church but the photos are no longer in my possession and may no longer exist.
If the above is not possible does anyone have a list of the Houston Texas Wards and their location?
I appreciate any help that anyone can give me.
