Surnames: Nikkel Earll
My father was Earll Harold Nikkel. His father was Henry Nikkel. My father was born and Henry died in Joes, Colorado. There is some family history in "The Boys from Joes" by N. Probst.
There is reference to a Peter Nikkel in that book and my understanding is that there was a stop in Kansas on the way to Colorado.
