I am researching the family of Reverend Llewellyn Evans of Kemps Creek. I am looking for descendants of Llewellyn Evans as I am doing a case study on the parentage of this gentleman. He married Mary Harris of Harrisburgh GA in June of 1804. His first deed was in Wilkes County bought from the Stovall family in 1802. Later deeds and census records place him in Lincoln County until his death in 1842. He was a local preacher of the Methodist faith and a planter and had the following children by Mary Harris:

Llewellen Evans, Jr. b. 9 Aug 1805 removed to Montgomery AL
Eleanor Elizabeth (b. 8 Aug 1807) removed to Montgomery AL
James Ezekiel Evans b. Feb 1810 died in Macon (Bibb County), GA
William Harris (WH) Evans b. 11 Aug 1814 died in Oxford, GA
Robert Russell (RR) Evans b. 23 April 1817 died in Thomasville, GA
Lucius G. (LG) Evans b. abt 1820/1 died in Bibb County, GA

Ludwell (b. betw 1810 - 1814) possibly removed to MO
Louisa (d. prior to 1856) died in GA

Please contact me if you wish to collaborate with me in putting together the puzzle on the life and children of Llewellen Evans of Lincoln County, GA.
